Sun Opposes the North Node

Letting Go & Remembering Skills

Dear Daddy, I Write You, In Spite of Years of Silence. 

With the sun (our identity, sense of self, and representation of the father) opposing the north node (our higher mission, our calling, our north star to living our fulfilled lives) this transit will stir up some old karmic memories that are here to serve us. First, if you devote some time to meditation, journaling or other sacred space creating ritual these next few days, you’re very likely to tap into old skills and talents. That’s the part of your represented by the sun (which if it’s opposing the north node is of course then conjunct the south node, your karmic past, your karmic memory). Who doesn’t want to unlock some great skills instead of just some crappy ancestral karma from the past?! You deserve it. Claim it. There’s also an emphasis here on healing or letting go of old patterns or karma related to your father or his lineage. Lot to unpack there for me personally.
