There is a saying that you should worry about developing your character more than your reputation – reputation is what others perceive you as, with their own biases and lens of experience, whereas character is who you truly are and how you show up in your life every day. One you can control (character) and one you simply cannot (reputation). Didn’t we all have our doubts about Andy Dufresne’s reputation during his incarceration in Shawshank. The entire development of the character and the life-altering (at least for me) moment of revelation in that book and film was that he consistently shows up and proves his character when everyone, even we as the viewer, doubt his reputation. With Lilith and Pluto squaring off in Scorpio you need to put the emphasis on who you are and how you show up, because you may be subject to some reputation assignation attempts these next couple days. Keep your cool. Know who you are. Be honest but not inflammatory. The truth always comes out. You know who you are and if you take the high road, everyone else will know your character soon, too.
